In my musical and visual art expressions, I seek to evoke emotional response wherein exists heightened potential for personal observation, growth, and joy!PAPER STRATAGRAPHICSI make original pieces of art from layers of cotton rag museum boards which are designed, cut, painted, and stacked entirely in hand process pre-planning the image one layer at a time with no computer aid…. just visualization. Simple hand tools I use are: measuring rule, straightedge, compass, mat knives, pencils, and paint brush. As of September 2008, I have completed 1111 individual paper stratagraphics, since I created the process in the early 1980’s.
