Haylee M. Shoop

As an artist I create pieces from whatever makes me happy at the time. The love for what I do comes from seeing the reactions of my viewer’s faces as they experience my work. That happiness experienced by those who appreciate my work is a much needed emotion in today’s times. I hope that all who take the time to dive into my illustrations, find at least a small moment of solace away from worries, troubles, and fears.

I use the fluidity of watercolor in order to create a stunning effect that accentuates the precise details of my freehand line work.
I challenge myself to improvise new designs in each piece I create, in order to peak the interest of my viewers, patrons, and collectors alike! If I’ve done my job well, an owner and their guests will find hours of enjoyment in a piece that will never seem to get old.
