My paintings serve as a form of self-expression communicating ideas of desired simplicity and contentment to the viewer. Using various wet and dry brush techniques, I apply watercolor paint to a thick piece of paper. Transparent and opaque layers of paint allow me to create the desired contrast yet keep the subtle qualities of watercolor.
