Shawn Harris

Using my camera like a sketchbook, I record bits and pieces of images for use in larger
compositions/canvases. Photographing landscapes and interiors as a starting point, I
rely on a large collection of props and rubber masks, building stories shot by shot.
I’m creating characters and scenes by dressing myself up in elaborate wardrobe and
photographing myself on a green screen, layering everything in Photoshop. Often times
giving voice and perspectives from animals and other fictional characters.
