My acrylic work draws on a capacity of ordinary street African lifestyle. I explore shapes, lines, numbers, poetry, prayer in a unique expressionistic way retaining familiarity of subjects. My distinctive brush work and style invent stories and construct narratives of life in the streets whether it’s children playing, doing chores or adults doing daily responsibilities.
