Marcella Toro & Alberto Toro

We are two collaborating artisans who have worked in leather for over 36 years; all of our work is hand-stitched, hand-plaited using the simplest of tools and old world Spanish techniques of working leather. Together we work on each piece that we create’ we have no studio production pieces. Each piece is intricate with braids and knots using exotic ostrich for design and texture. Our intention is to complete pieces that are creative and difficult and that require excellent craftsmanship. We use the best quality leathers available in order to present real pieces to our customers in times of mass production and cost-cutting effective strategies.
