I create One of a Kind and Limited Edition string instruments. They range from Ancient to Modern and Beyond. It is a multi-layered process, time consuming and very labor intensive. It can take from as low as 8 hours per instrument to as long as 185 hours from the original design drawing to the finished “ART” instrument.

The instruments are designed for visual beauty as well as tonality. A wide range of domestic and exotic woods from around the world are chosen, again for visual and tonal qualities. Many of the instruments incorporate in their design the use of: Gold, Brass, Ivory, Abalone, Mother of Pearl, Opals, Garnet, Amethyst and other stones as Inlays and Overlays.

All works are Created by the Artist. No one else is involved in the process.
