Tom Bloyd

I have dedicated my life’s work to experimenting and designing with blown glass, striving to find a balance between rich color and fluid movement. The latest edition to my sculpture portfolio is the Meditation series. This work starts by blowing and sculpting colorful glass pieces. These pieces are then sand blasted and fire polished. The finished pieces are suspended on a stainless steel cable on an organic cast concrete base.
