The most enjoyable part of blown glass is the process of creating a form from molten glass: “dancing with the glass”. The immediacy and unlimited possibilities of the glass blowing process is exciting and satisfying. I have the freedom to design a shape and apply color of my choice to 2100 degree molten glass, which is ready for use the following day. Glass has a reflective quality unlike any other medium and I love the pure translation of color.
