Marzena Weber
The artist is graduate of The School of The Art Institute of Chicago. She has studied both fashion design and graphic design. She creates abstracted and figurative art pieces with emphasis on color and texture. Women accessories such as scarves and shawls are produced using process of wet felting technique. Materials used come from natural sources. These include merino wool fibers, mohair fibers, and silk fabric. Each piece is handmade, without the help of assistants in a studio at the artist’s home.
