Each green piece of lumber is rough turned on the lathe then soaked in a preservative and after drying thoroughly, is re-turned to finished form on the lathe. After this, a long process of applying 6-8 coats of Epoxy begins. After the pieces are sanded, polished, and waxed they are ready to show and sell. All Pieces are guaranteed never to split, crack, warp or mis-shape. I will repair or replace any piece that fails this guarantee. I have never had to replace one in 5 years.
