I have been a professional artist for over 35 years. I began weaving baskets using reeds, grasses and natural materials. Over time, I started to use metals in the weaving. I now weave with aluminum. There are always limitations with any material, but the the feel and look of the pieces that are created with metal continue to amaze and inspire me.
