Hill Brin & Nicole Brin

After 25 years in the music Business, it was time for a change! I had produced, recorded and mixed records for major singers, songwriters and bands for most of my young adult life.
As much as I loved being part of the creative music experience, I craved to do something alone from inside of me! The search for a new creative outlet was short. I started experimenting with tiles and steel. I learned how to make tiles, took up welding and spent many hours each day creating indoor/outdoor art pieces. Once I found a rhythm, my brain was flooded with ideas of possible creations. I spent the next 24 years experimenting, coming up with original ideas for composition and form using welding as a new tool. I found plasma cutters, welders and benders. I for the most part was self-taught. The freedom to experiment and find new paths was exciting! My wife joined me, and together we have been on a journey to create both functional and sculptural art pieces for the home and garden. The journey never ends, but finds new creative endeavors which has taken us to new levels of expression and design! As a team, my wife and I continue to explore the different uses of our hand-made tiles and fabricated steel pieces. Our work is like no other! We have been commissioned by collectors, businesses, and corporations for both our sculptural and functional pieces
