David Fernandez

Simplicity of form and unique glaze colors are the trademarks of David Fernandez. Working alone, he custom mixes his own clay. His “purest approach” has resulted in his personal glazes, which are the product of three decades of recipe creation. David has always built his own kilns in order to achieve the rich, eye-pleasing colors. In honor of David’s outstanding achievements in his chosen medium, he has exhibited in the most prestigious juried art and craft fairs throughout the country. The collectors of his work and more than two dozen galleries that feature David’s hand thrown works are testaments to his talent and creativity. 1973 Graduate of Whitman College, State of Washington B.
