I start with a photograph taken with a high resolution digital camera. With most of my images I am looking for dramatic light, shape, textures and design elements. The digital file is adjusted with various softwares on the computer until I feel that it has reached my vision. It is then printed digitally with pigmented inks onto archival materials. Most of my images are printed onto a gloss cellulose based paper and then matted and framed behind anti-reflective glass. Some very large images 30×45 or larger may be displayed on aluminum.
