I am a linguist creating a conceptual portrait photography based on words. I use a texturing technique that consists of applying layers of texture in the post-processing of my images. It often gives a feel of wet plate, painting or drawing to my works. In fact, my approach is to destroy the perfection of an image taken reflecting a destructive power within me.
