Sometimes serious, sometimes whimsical, these mixed media constructions tell stories, reflect on the human condition and relay the ironies of life’s situations. Materials used include pieces of scavenged paper, old photos, gesso, wax, drawing materials, paint, found objects, and wood. I am inspired by myths, humor, the animal world, personal journeys, human nature and great stuff.
