All my life I have been fascinated by the human form and the utilitarian objects that grace our everyday world. Whether these objects are merely extensions of humanly needs or purely elements of artistic expression, they have inspired me to create. Throughout time man has interacted with the 3-dimensional world around him and has created objects that have become part of an everyday experience. With sculpture, we visually experience the artist’s world by absorbing the entire artwork and interacting with its space. Today, I imagine a new 3-dimensional world and create that space. My sculpture represents my inner thoughts: unknown worlds revealed and abstract interpretations. My ideas stem from the world around me, the young, the old, and a blend of conscious and sub-conscious imagery. I interpret how we react what we think and who we are, and then I make it a reality.
