I use distorted, colorful and breaking geometric shapes to depict animals alongside children in representational-yet-surreal works. The subtext is an attempt to uncloud the distorted, pre-conceived views we’ve gathered as adults going about our daily routine in the world, and instead reengage in the pure, sensorial, moment-based mindset of our childhoods.
