Mark Reynolds & Carol Reynolds

Our kaleidoscopes are designed using a variety of materials; exotic hardwood and wood veneers on the exteriors. The interiors are made using an intricate, triangular configuration of front surface mirrors, at the end of which is an object chamber filled with oil and containing glass of all kinds, our own hot glass pieces, seashells, stones, dichroic or mica. All pieces are made by hand, by the artists alone. Carol creates the beautiful object chambers and does some preliminary woodworking, while I do the major part of the exterior and configure and assemble the mirror systems.
