Segmented wood turning. These vessels are created by gluing different colored woods together into intricate patterns, then refining the shape on a lathe. Some of the more complex designs have thousands of individual segments accurately glued into position. We utilize only the natural colors of the woods. As many as 60,000 glass european beads have been inlaid one at a time to create the colorful imagery on some of the vessels.
