James Bird & Vicki Ryer

Vicki Ryer and James Bird are fine art photographers living in Salem Massachusetts. Vicki shoots the world in beautiful bold colors, often in the abstract while Bird’s work emphasizes the shapes and colors of the rural and urban landscape. Each of their photographs is presented as seen through the viewfinder and individually printed using pigment ink and matted in museum quality archival mat board. All photographs are signed and numbered by the artist and available either matted and ready to frame or framed and ready to hang. In addition to their traditional larger sized editions they offer a unique smaller 4-6 edition. They believe there is something special about offering small fine art color photography that fits almost anywhere while maintaining the high quality archival materials that are often reserved for only larger photographs in galleries and museums. You can see their photographs in person at art festivals around the country, in group shows in the New England area, or at their studio in Salem, MA by chance or appointment.
