I have been a potter for over 30 years.Using porcelain I find it exciting to create elegant work that could be used as accent pieces. The work is organic and whimsical. with each piece I add clay or carve designs depending on how I see the piece.The colors are created and used to sooth and excite your senses. I also add sgraffito to some of the work as another design element. Most of the work is thrown on the wheel and then altered.However I also make slab pieces that compliment the thrown work.They are also carved both top and bottom.
