I strive to capture a combination of whimsy and emotion in my photography. I have found no better subject to achieve this, than the wooly farm animals and Americana found down American backroads. I particularly love photographing in the snow, to transform a mundane scene into something whimsical. I intentionally shoot at very high ISOs, to create texture and the appearance of film grain in my images. Each piece is printed into a fine art edition of 35 using only museum quality archival materials.
