Chris Seeman

Chris’s stainless steel wall pieces have evolved from dangling off of womens ears to hanging on many collectors walls. After years of making jewelry Chris felt the need to expand. The size restrictions of jewelry was holding back his imagination. His large scale pieces are the result of the change. Chris draws each design out freehand onto sheets of stainless steel with markers, then makes his cuts with an electric torch. He further enhances the composition by adding bronze, copper, enamels, 14K leaf, ball bearings, and nails. He does each piece individually, with no templates or patterns and has no assistants.
