I use oil paint on canvas to create my work. First i apply the background color. Then I create a very detailed drawing with pencil. I start layering in paint and create a smooth soft texture and a realistic still life. The whole process takes around one month to complete. I take inspiration from food, nature, and the nostalgic objects (past and present) of our everyday lives. My work tells stories of the ordinary and captures colors, details and textures that take us back to another time and place.
