“Painting is the key to my secret garden, my looking glass, my way down the rabbit hole; it brings me peace and tranquility in a chaotic world. My art has always been there for me, it helps me disappear from all the problems in my life, and it allows me to bring smiles to faces I have never seen. Every once in a while I go through all the paintings I have created and see how far I have come and I ask myself, “”Why do I do this?”” I do it to be remembered in the hearts of those I love and those who love art. It is my legacy.
