Dale Rogers

I am a metal sculptor who has been working professionally for over twenty years. My true love for art lies in abstract geometrics, and much of my body of work reflects the clean, simple properties of that style. Over time, I have expanded my practice to include iconic and whimsical forms that invite viewers to connect with my work on both an emotional and intellectual level. My goal is to create thought-provoking sculptures that are sophisticated, recognizable, and serve as “mental postcards”—artworks that linger in memory and encourage people to see the world from a new perspective. All of my large-scale work begins with original designs that are laser cut, TIG welded, and hand-finished in either Corten or stainless steel. I am deeply engaged with the materiality of metal and its relationship with light, environment, and weathering over time. My sculptures are currently installed in private and public collections in 49 states and 4 countries, and each installation continues to reinforce my belief that art is a vital part of daily life. For me, sculpture is not only about form and material—it is about place. I want to be part of the effort to integrate art into as many public venues as possible. When sculpture enters a public landscape, it elevates the environment, strengthens community identity, and reflects the shared values of the people who live there. I take great satisfaction in knowing that my work sparks curiosity, inspires reflection, and provides moments of joy in unexpected spaces.
