Shaari Horowitz

Together we make wood bowls. Their interiors become a canvas for a story in design and patinated gold, while the simply finished exteriors remains true to the wood itself. Guided by an old world palette, our patterns and imagery stem from classical sources such as ancient textiles and illuminated manuscripts. Our own histories in traditional furniture-making & mural-painting lead us to this unique collaboration on a more intimate scale.
