Laurie Aurand

Life is about color and texture and my work reflects my love of life and energy. I use heavy texture and play with color and line to highlight the texture. My texture can be subtle or bold and I use various texture mediums to achieve the look I want. I then follow this with application of color in both heavy ways and thin washes of color to highlight.
