I strive to capture a combination of whimsy and emotion in my photography. I have found no better subject to achieve this, than the wooly, shaggy farm animals found down backroads in America. I look for unique and simplistic compositions to transform mundane farm life into whimsical scenes that showcase the power and unique personalities of these animals. I intentionally shoot at very high ISOs, to create texture and the appearance of film grain in my images. Each piece is printed into a fine art edition of 25 using only museum quality archival materials.
