Beth Bojarski

Beth Bojarski is a painter working in oils. Her process starts simply with paint on gessoed wood. As shapes form in the blotches of color applied, she defines them. “I allow the painting to become what it wants, creating characters and the story as I go along. A meat thermometer tells me when the painting is finished.” Beth’s paintings are a form of storytelling. Her multi-layered work produces a strong visual image that pulls you in only to show you an undefined narrative beneath that questions any initial perception.Beth paints feverishly at home in Milwaukee then exhibits in galleries and art shows nationwide.
