Bands and Musical Entertainment (Local):

Caterers and Food Service Providers
The 2024 Caterer and Food Service Applications will open October 1.
Non-profit booth spaces may be available at $1,750 per 10′ x 10′ space. An IRS letter designating your organization as a non-profit, 501c3 organization must accompany your application. We encourage non-profit organizations to provide a children’s activity in our Maker’s Zone area, which comes with a corresponding reduction in the fee for the space. If you would like to exhibit in the Maker’s Zone area (without providing an activity), the fee is $750. Applications will open September 1.
Commercial space ranges from $6,000 and up depending on space and location. Applications will open September 1.
Novelty space is available for a guarantee of $750 per 10′ x 10′ space against 35% of sales. Novelty spaces are only available in the Maker’s Zone area of the event. Novelty booths are defined as those offering activities, crafts or special art programs that charge a fee in order to participate in the activity. Applications will open September 1.
