Performing Arts

For 2023 performing arts opportunities, please follow the following procedures:

Bands and Musical Entertainment (Local):

Variety or specialty street performers, including children’s entertainment:

Exhibitor Booths

Non-profit booth spaces may be available at $1,750 per 10′ x 10′ space. An IRS letter designating your organization as a non-profit, 501c3 organization must accompany your application.  We encourage non-profit organizations to provide a children’s activity in our Maker’s Zone area, which comes with a corresponding reduction in the fee for the space. If you would like to exhibit in the Maker’s Zone area (without providing an activity), the fee is $750. Updated application forms are available now – please click here to download the application. Novelty space is available for a guarantee of $750 per 10′ x 10′ space against 35% of sales. Novelty spaces are only available in the Maker’s Zone area of the event. Novelty booths are defined as those offering activities, crafts or special art programs that charge a fee in order to participate in the activity. Online Zapplication Application Seminar

Join us for an informative session with industry veteran artists as they step through the “inside scoop” of setting up your application for success.

Award-winning artists Chris Dahlquist, Pamela Summers, Raymond Rains, Anne Cubbage and Tom Diel along with festival producer Jay Downie will discuss best practices for applying and take you through examples of good and bad images, artist statements and more. The session will include conversations about participating in the show followed by a lively Q&A.
