From a young age, I wandered the woods of Upper Michigan with my grandfather, identifying burls and different wood species. Those pristine and untouched forests led to a love of wood – the smell, feel, look, and individuality of each tree. Wood has a personality that I encourage to shine through in each piece. My artwork is a manifestation of my love of unique, quality pieces that combine function and style. I aim to create artwork that will allow my customers to inject beauty and fun into everyday, useful items in their lives.
